Before going through the Hobby Procrastination Rescue Kit, my biggest struggle was that I’d get overwhelmed by all my hobbies and just not choose one to actually start. I wanted to do so many things, but I’d freeze up.

With the tools inside, I’ve actually restarted a hobby since watching the Kit!

If you have so many things you want to do, but don’t know how to start, the Kit will help you get a jump start on your hobbies and actually enjoy doing them at your own pace.

SEE FORGET-ME-NOT 🤖 IN ACTION

Even when I wanted to start, I just couldn’t get myself to do it and felt like I never had the time.

There was also this constant guilt...like I should be doing something more productive, like making money or doing housework. That guilt made it hard to give myself permission to enjoy a hobby just for me.

What usually got in the way was a mix of things: executive dysfunction, mental exhaustion, no external accountability, and honestly? I’d get distracted or completely forget about it. There was also a fear of failure—like what if I wasn’t “good” at it?

After the Kit, I feel less guilty for not being “consistent.” That’s a huge relief.

If you’re wondering how to restart one of your hobbies, you should watch these to help you get started.

Why I Created the Neurodivergent Hobby Club

Why I Created the Neurodivergent Hobby Club

You’ve probably tried managing your hobbies on your own before. I get it, I've been there.

As someone who experienced firsthand challenges of balancing work and hobbies while navigating neurodivergence & a chronic health issue.

After years of trial & error (and starting over 15 hobbies to drop them weeks later), I finally found an approach that works.

The Neurodivergent Hobby Club was designed for people like you: multipassionate, creative and someone who has a lot that lights them up but never seem to get to them.

The Neurodivergent Hobby Club was designed for people like you: multipassionate, creative and someone who has a lot that lights them up but never seem to get to them.

If you’ve tried to manage hobbies on your own before, you know how frustrating it can be.

You start with excitement… and then hit the same obstacles.

But when you shift how you approach hobbies—when you stop forcing rigid systems and instead create a flow that works with your brain—everything starts to feel easier.

You start with excitement… and then hit the same obstacles.

But when you shift how you approach hobbies—when you stop forcing rigid systems and instead create a flow that works with your brain—everything starts to feel easier.

Here’s what that shift actually looks like:

  • Free time disappears into scrolling, chores, or “just one more task”

  • You love hobbies but never feel ready to start

  • You feel guilty switching hobbies or taking breaks

  • You don’t trust yourself to follow through

  • Hobbies feel like a luxury, not a priority

  • You actually use the supplies you already own

  • You have brain-friendly ways to start, even on low-spoon days

  • Hobbies help regulate your energy, not drain it

  • You feel like someone who follows through with joy

  • You carve out hobby time without pressure or guilt

  • You know how to carve out hobby time without it feeling like another to-do

$27 might not change your whole life, but it can change your next week.

And your next hour if you join today and use the first 2 tools.

One clear plan. One unstuck moment. One win that feels like you.

That’s what this is designed to do so the next time you have 20 minutes of free time, you actually use it for something that fills you up.

“I kept telling myself I’d do it tomorrow… but never did.”

My biggest struggle with hobbies was getting started even when I wanted to. I’d keep putting it off, telling myself I’d do it tomorrow… but then never actually follow through.

What usually got in the way was a mix of executive dysfunction, mental exhaustion or burnout, and overcommitting to too many things at once, only to drop them all when it felt like too much.

I had a huge lightbulb moment in Part 1 about how your brain is constantly solving for different priorities. It totally put things into perspective. Just understanding that helped me feel immediate relief from the shame spiral I was stuck in.

Now with done list exercise and others included, I feel less guilty for not being “consistent” with my hobbies.

If you feel shame about not doing your hobby as often as you’d like, this will help you understand why so you can stop listening to those gremlins in your head telling you negative stories.

PLUS TWO BONUSES

Bonus 1: The Hobby Decoder Map

Ever ask yourself, “Why didn’t I hobby today?” and come up blank? This one-page map helps you figure out what actually blocked you (mental fatigue, overwhelm, forgetting, etc.)'

✅ Designed for low-energy days
✅ Takes 2 minutes
✅ No “try harder” advice, just real reflection and a gentle nudge back in

Bonus 2: The Hobby Hijackers Guide

Perfectionism. Time guilt. The “I should be doing something productive” spiral.

This quick guide walks you through the 5 most common thought traps that hijack your free time and how to catch them before they sabotage your hobby again.

✅ Built for neurodivergent brains with high expectations + low spoons
✅ Offers scripts, reframes, and low-effort ways to shift
✅ Helps you get out of your head and back to joy

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not neurodivergent but struggle with this, can I join?

Even though this club was born becuase many of us who have ND tendencies struggle with hobbies.

I know this issue effects those who identify as multi-passiionate, creatives...Or even those with a tendency to buy hobby supplies just for them to collect dust a month later. (can I get a silent nod of confirmation?)

If you've read this page and identify with what it solves then you're more than welcome to join.

As the problem is bigger than diagnosises or identity labels.

We also know parents or family members who want to better support their neurodivergent children can use this as a way to bond and understand the ones they love better who have a hard time with consistency.

I've never been able to stick with something consistently, how can I make sure this will *actually* works for me?

We totally get it! That’s why we’ve designed the club to fit around the way your brain works.

Instead of expecting you to change, we’ve created a system that encourages exploration at your own pace, with zero guilt if you want to switch things up.

You’re free to drop hobbies or anything that that doesn't feel good to you without any pressure to “stick” with it.

Here's a quick criteria of who will thrive here:

  • Multipassionate individuals juggling numerous interests
  • Neurodivergent creatives seeking brain-friendly productivity methods
  • Anyone who's ever hyperfixated on a hobby, only to drop it entirely
  • Creative souls yearning for a supportive, judgment-free community
Is there an age limit or for women only?

Nope! The Neurodivergent Hobby Club©️ is open to everyone—all ages, all genders, all backgrounds.

Whether you’re 16 or 60, identifying as male, female, non-binary, or anything in between, you’re welcome here.

We’re all about creating a space where anyone who loves to explore hobbies, chase that dopamine rush, and embrace variety can feel at home. So, if that sounds like you, come join the fun!

We have an all are welcome here policy. We do not allow discrimination or harrassment of any kind in the community.

Does I have to do only creative/art hobbies?

Nope! Hobbies is pretty loose term for an activity you want to do more of that brings you joy.

Anything from rock climbing, chess, hip hop classes, learning code, journalling, painting, cooking, reading, photography, etc.

What if I join and then forget about it?

Totally understandable! That’s exactly why the ForgetMeNot System exists. You’ll get gentle, no-pressure nudges to remind you about your hobby on the schedule you choose.

And why we designed the club to be zero-pressure and flexible—you can engage as much or as little as you want.

You don’t need hours of free time to benefit from hobbies.

Even a few minutes a day of the right kind of hobby time reduces stress, boosts focus, and makes everything else in life feel a little easier.

Even if you only pop in for a monthly hobby experiment, a challenge, or a small win, you’ll still get value.

Think of it as your hobby safety net, here when you need it, no guilt if you don’t.

This isn’t about doing more—it’s about making the things you already love easier to return to.

I have ADHD and struggle with commitment—will I just forget about this?

We get it—that’s why we’ve built in systems to help you re-engage without stress.

-The ForgetMeNot System sends gentle nudges to remind you about your hobby, but only in a way that feels helpful, never overwhelming.

- The Hobby Time Portal gives you a small, low-pressure way to track progress, even if it’s just “I thought about my hobby today.”

No overwhelming notifications—just the right amount of support to help you return without feeling bad about it.

You don’t need to be “consistent” to make this work, you just need to come back when it feels right.

Looking for Community Support?

Our full Community Engager Plan (with live co-hobbying sessions, group spotlights, and Circle community) is currently being revamped with exciting new features!

Back in 2026 but you can start with the Solo Plan and upgrade later.

REAL TALK:

You’ve tried planners, reminders, and “just starting.”

If those worked, you wouldn’t be reading this page.

Another week passes, then another month… and somehow the things that bring you joy keep getting pushed to “later.”

The longer you wait, the harder it feels to start again. So if hobbies keep falling to the bottom of your list what’s going to change next month?

You don’t need to change everything overnight.

Just take one step today.

In a few minutes today, you can take the step you've been needing to make your hobbies feel like a natural part of life again.

The difference is this time, you’re not relying on willpower. You’re building a system that actually works for your brain.

A way to show up for what you love on your terms.

Lock in your spot today and step into 2025 ready to create, explore, and enjoy hobbies without the burnout.

Because life keeps moving faster and you deserve time for what lights you up.

🛡️ My Confidence Guarantee

14-day money-back guarantee: if you don't discover at least one new strategy for your hobby struggles, get a full refund.

Why I can offer this: Because I've watched these exact tools work for dozens of neurodivergent hobby-ers. They're not experimental, they're proven systems now packaged for independent use.

“I kept buying supplies… but never actually used them.”

Before joining, I struggled to get started even when I wanted to. I’d overthink things or get stuck in perfectionism. I’d tell myself I’d do it tomorrow… but tomorrow never came.

I bought supplies for hobbies I was excited about, but they just sat there untouched.

What usually stopped me was mental exhaustion or burnout. I’d overcommit, trying to do too much, and then I’d end up dropping it all.

The biggest “aha” moment for me was the breakdown of procrastination. Seeing it laid out like that helped me finally understand what was going on underneath it all.

Now, I feel more confident in restarting when I stop. The pressure to be perfect or always consistent doesn’t feel so heavy anymore. If you're frustrated with procrastination, this Kit helps you finally understand what gets you stuck and how to get out of it.

Hey! I'm Danielle

Growing up, I cycled through a new hobby every year— piano, karate, tap dancing. Not because I was lazy or indecisive, but because multipassionate people like us thrive on variety.

Society tells us that mastery requires repetition, but I’ve found that true fulfillment comes from embracing all our passions—not forcing ourselves into one.

I’ve dropped at least 15 hobbies in the last few years and not because I didn’t love them.

As a multipassionate, neurodivergent human with low energy and big curiosity, I used to beat myself up for “not sticking to things.”

Now I know: it was never about discipline. It was about building a system that works with my brain.

That’s what this club is.

A cozy place to experiment, come back to what lights you up, and stop feeling like joy has to be earned.

If you haven’t found your flow yet, we’ll keep trying until you do.
